Upon initial contact with the customer (either with the builder or homeowner), our design process begins. We are provided with a set of general guidelines based on the project’s budget. Homeowners are invited to visit our website to get a general idea of the different products that we offer, and make preliminary decisions on what they will want in their closets and bathrooms. Project managers are available by appointment in our showroom to make recommendations based on building plans and individual needs of the homeowners. Alternatively, the customer may wish to meet with their project manager at the home.
Once we are informed that the sheetrock, tile, cabinets, countertops and trim are complete, our coordinators visit the site to take firm measurements. In some cases, the homeowner meets with their project manager at the home to determine placement of bath accessories, layout of closets, and style of mirrors and shower enclosures. In other cases, the project manager makes their own recommendations based on the layout of the closets and the finishes of light and plumbing fixtures.
Once approval has been obtained, the materials are fabricated and an installation date is determined. Lead times for installation are approximately two weeks.
